Kellie Martin. Martin, a native of the United States is an American actor and actress in the film and television industries. She is most famous for her role as Christy Huddleston, Rebecca Thatcher and Lucy Knight on the series ER. She is also known for being the main character in the 'Hailey Dean Mystery' series. Born to a department store owner as well as a teacher in kindergarten, Martin started her acting career at the young age of seven when her aunt, who served as the nanny of actor Michael Landon's kids, was able to help her get her a role in the 1982 show "Father Murphy.". When she completed her studies at Yale University in 1982, Martin decided to pursue her acting career more than just a hobby. She was able to land important roles on TV as well as on the big screen. Martin as well as being a skilled actor and dancer, she is also a skilled ballet photographer. Being a mom to two kids, she has become the official spokesperson of national for Lupus.
